Spongy High power LED?
How do i remove a High power LED from a torch? The LED is small, soft and spongy and i don’t want to remove it in case the stuff inside it is harmful. (i don’t no if the stuff inside it is even liquid. could just be some sort of resene)

You don’t remove it. There is electronics in the module that is used to drive the LED. Also part of the module is probably used as a heat sink for the LED.
