Question about water for my little girl, hot weather?
Hey mummies, I am in Australia and today we had some hot weather today it was 30 degrees or 86 fahrenheit, Addyson is soley breastfeed no solids yet and shes almost 6 months, I am just wondering when? If? I should give her some cooled boiled water because it was so warm today, or does she get enough from me, shes in bed for the night now but just for future reference should I give her some water on hot days????
i think she should be ok, but it wont hurt to offer some cool water in a bottle / sippy. you could also put ice cubes in netting and give her them to chew – they love chewing cold things, it will cool her down, and she will most likely get water that way too.
