How far can you cast out a rapala lure using a zebco 33 rod and reel?
That would depend on the length of the rod, the rod action, the quality of the line, the test of the line, whether the line has twisted (cheapo reals like the closed faced zebcos twist line really bad), the weight of the lure, whether or not the weight of the lure is matched with the action of the rod, and the wind.
Keep in mind that a cheapo zebco real is never going to be able to outcast a good baitcasting real or spinning real, mounted on a good balanced rod in the hands of an experienced angler.
Also, casting distance isnt that important in fishing. What is important is casting accuracy.
Remember, with fishing rods and reels, you get what you pay for. A zebco 33 is a great real for a child just starting out. However if you are serious about fishing, you need to get away from those cheapo kiddie reals and learn to use baitcasting and spinning reals.
